Our History

​

Originally from Northwest Minnesota, Kenny Lubarski grew up in the Thief River Falls area to pursue his DJ career. In 2000, Kenny explored his entrepreneurial passion by taking his talent to the bars & restaurants which indeed entertained the locals. He started his passion entertaining the crowd thru music and karaoke. From this he managed to book his first wedding. Within his first couple shows calling his business Kickin-K-Dog DJ, locals called him DJ K-Dog. In 2009, a chance presented itself to expand his company offering a variety of DJ packages and services. From there, with the growth of the business, Kenny renamed his company Kick'n Entertainment, specializing in weddings. In 2016, again another opportunity presented itself to provided services for corporate trade shows and large events. Kick'n Entertainment now offers three services: Kick'n Entertainment Rentals, Kick'n Entertainment Dj Services and Kick'n Entertainment Event Production.

Our team of certified Rental, DJ and Event Production professionals specializes in coordinating and managing events of all sizes. We have a large inventory which includes audiovisual equipment, photo booths, tables and chairs, linens, staging, tents, pipe and drape to provide the exact outcome you have envisioned. Whether your event is a quaint family barbecue, your dream wedding or a corporate trade show with more than 100,000 guests, we commit 110% to our work to ensure that your every expectation is met.
